Tanks and coatings

We manufacture tanks, spill basins, and troughs for purposes such as process water or chemicals. The products range from small, one-liter containers to tanks with a diameter of 6.5 meters, as well as troughs and spill basins over 10 meters long. Products are delivered with pre-installed pipe connections and other necessary equipment. During the installation of tanks, we often take care of the needed pipeline modifications for the project at the same time. Coatings are made of glass-reinforced plastic, plastic, or with rubber lining. Our tanks and basins often include steel structures, which we manufacture installation-ready at our production facility.

We manufacture and install tanks as standalone projects but more often as part of our comprehensive piping project solutions. Such projects offer customers a cost-efficient and seamless turnkey solution, including the manufacturing and installation of process piping, tanks, and troughs, along with the installation of related pumps and equipment. Naturally, we take full responsibility for project management.

We also perform restoration and coating of old tanks. Coatings are applied using glass-reinforced plastic, plastic, or rubber lining. Additionally, we provide rubber lining for pull and bending rollers, guide rollers, troughs, and tanks. The service includes, when needed, the disassembly of parts, removal of old coatings, application of new coatings, and necessary maintenance measures and installations to make the equipment operational. We also offer condition monitoring contracts for tanks, assessing future maintenance needs and schedules. Condition monitoring contracts help prevent unpleasant surprises, allowing for repair planning and scheduling in advance.
