Who are we looking for?
Many of our tasks require an interest in, and aptitude for practical, hands-on work. At Tekplast, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills and take on varied assignments. We hire technicians, welders, laminators, and machine operators with educational or professional backgrounds in fields like HVAC, metalwork, or construction. We also employ supervisors and sales staff.
Working at Tekplast requires self-motivation and a solution-oriented approach to work. As a growing company, we also offer opportunities for development and career advancement.
We regularly accept interns from vocational schools and adult education programs and collaborate with various projects, such as the Osuva project.
Additionally, we need skilled seasonal workers in the spring, often in May, for factory maintenance shutdowns. Applications for these positions are accepted on a rolling basis. You can work with us either as an employee or through your own company.
