Maintenance

We are used to meeting the strict time constraints set by our customers’ production schedules. Through careful planning, we minimize disruptions in production.

We provide maintenance, coatings, and service for all piping systems, tanks, and troughs that we have manufactured and installed. Our services include equipment installation, pump and valve replacements, and pipeline changes. Additionally, we offer rubber linings for rollers and other components.

In our own production, we have a manual lathe and milling machine, enabling us to process both plastic and metal. We can manufacture individual spare parts at short notice and install them as needed.

We also keep a large stock of various plastic and glass-reinforced plastic pipes, as well as components for pipeline deliveries. Furthermore, we manufacture metal piping systems complete with supports in our own production facility.

We use various joining methods, ranging from welding to press fittings. Using HAELOK press fittings, we can create joints without hot work, even in tight spaces.
